Return Policy

Returns
Mobility Independence is not obligated to accept returns for goods ordered incorrectly by the customer, no longer needed, due to sizing issues, unsuitability, or surplus stock. Returns will only be considered with prior authorization from us. Unauthorized or unsolicited returns will not be accepted, and Mobility Independence will not be responsible for such items.

Condition of Returned Goods
If a return is approved (at our discretion for exchange or otherwise), goods must be returned at the customer’s expense to our designated store or warehouse. Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.
If returned goods do not meet a resalable standard, the customer will forfeit the item. Goods remain the customer’s responsibility until received by Mobility Independence, and we are not liable for items lost, damaged, or misdirected during transit.

Restocking Fee
Mobility Independence reserves the right to apply a restocking fee for any approved returns. This fee may be up to 20% of the invoice price, and will be determined at our sole discretion.
